Our Global Network Of Distribution Partners
Wheelchairs For Kids Australia partners with trusted government and charitable organisations to deliver our all-terrain wheelchairs to children in need around the world. These organisations specialise in humanitarian aid and are deeply connected to the communities they serve.
Our Distribution Partners manage every stage of local delivery - including importing the wheelchairs, coordinating with medical professionals and therapists and ensuring each child receives a safe, comfortable and properly fitted wheelchair.
Every partner signs a Distribution Agreement to follow World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for the fitting and distribution of rough terrain wheelchairs and to never charge a family for a wheelchair.
Bulk Distribution Only
Please note: We do not ship individual wheelchairs to families, charities, or medical teams. Our wheelchairs are shipped in bulk quantities only, ranging from 166 units (20-foot container) to 340 units (40-foot container).
Local teams, trained by Wheelchairs For Kids Australia, are responsible for assembling and fitting the wheelchairs to ensure safety and suitability for each child. It is unfortunately not practical, financially viable or safe for us to ship single wheelchairs.
